Qualifications

• Strong maintenance and repair skills for HVAC systems.
• Proficient troubleshooting to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and performance issues.
• Field service experience on-site in customers' homes or facilities and managing service calls.
• Excellent customer service to communicate findings and build trust with homeowners.
• Relevant HVAC certifications or licenses (EPA) and familiarity with geo-thermal systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals and wiring diagrams; strong safety and detail orientation.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record.
• Several years of HVAC service experience; senior/lead technician experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform routine and emergency maintenance and repairs in a timely, safe, and accurate manner.
