• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record.
• Several years of HVAC service experience; senior/lead technician experience is beneficial.

Role Description

The Senior Service Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in North Foxborough, MA. This role is responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems, performing routine and emergency maintenance, and completing repairs in a timely, safe, and accurate manner. The Senior Service Technician will install new HVAC equipment, verify proper operation, and ensure systems meet company standards and manufacturer specifications. Daily activities include responding to service calls, documenting work performed, advising customers on system care and upgrade options, and collaborating with team members to coordinate schedules and parts. The technician will also help mentor junior technicians, uphold safety and regulatory compliance, and represent the company with professional, courteous customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong Maintenance & Repair and Maintenance skills for HVAC systems, including routine service and complex repairs.
• Proficient Troubleshooting skills to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and performance issues in heating and cooling equipment.
• Field Service experience, including working on-site in customer homes or facilities and managing service calls independently.
• Excellent Customer Service skills to communicate clearly, explain findings, and build trust with homeowners and clients.
• Relevant HVAC certifications or licenses (e.g., EPA certification) and familiarity with major brands and geo-thermal systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and service documentation; strong attention to safety and detail.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to work in varying weather conditions and physical environments.
• Several years of experience in HVAC service roles; prior senior or lead technician experience is highly beneficial.
