Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an HVAC Service Technician IV to perform residential and light commercial service and maintenance. You will diagnose, repair, and service heating, cooling, ventilation, and related equipment, ensuring accurate diagnoses and timely resolutions.

Work under general direction with mentoring of less experienced staff. Must have EPA certifications, valid local licenses, and the ability to operate tools and read wiring diagrams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years HVAC experience with technical training certification.
• EPA certifications required.
• Valid licensing or certification as required by local laws.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial service and maintenance calls.
• Diagnose and repair heating, cooling, ventilation, and related equipment.
• Inspect equipment to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns.
