Job summary

Constellation Energy is seeking a Senior HVAC Service Technician to inspect, diagnose and repair residential HVAC equipment and water heaters. You will perform preventative maintenance, communicate clearly with homeowners, and ensure safety and code compliance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years HVAC experience with 1+ year related work experience
• State licensing required
• EPA-608 Certification Type 2 or higher required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of HVAC tools, materials and water heater service
• Sales ability to recommend and promote services
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving standards
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and overtime
• 5+ years HVAC experience OR equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Perform and train others in preventative maintenance on residential heating, air conditioning and ventilation equipment
• Assist in sealed system HVAC, water heaters, or advanced appliance repair as part of training and development
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate clearly with homeowners regarding work performed and recommendations
• Complete all required documentation including service tickets, time logs, and material usage
• Ability to be on-call and respond to emergency situations
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good working condition
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
