Constellation Energy is seeking a Senior HVAC Service Technician to inspect, diagnose, and repair residential and commercial HVAC equipment. You will perform preventative maintenance and respond to service calls, ensuring work meets safety and code requirements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years HVAC experience with 1+ year related work.
• Valid state licenses and EPA-608 Type 2+ certification.
• Clear verbal and written communication; strong customer service.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and overtime.
• Driver's license and safe driving history.
• Sales aptitude to promote services.

Responsibilities

• Perform and train others in preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Assist in sealed system HVAC and water heater repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service and explain work performed.
• Complete service tickets, time logs and material usage.
• Be on-call and respond to emergencies.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools and equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
