Valid driver’s license; clean driving record.
Rotational Emergency Call Support availability as required.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and oversight for up to 10 HVAC technicians.
Ensure timely start-up of maintenance contracts and efficient installations.
Negotiate subcontract agreements when required and act as primary contact.
Utilize the Service Management System to plan work and maximize team capabilities.
Perform preventive maintenance inspections and ensure systems are in good condition.
Respond to emergency service calls to minimize downtime.
Support sales with site surveys and reviewing estimates; provide technical training.
Participate in safety programs and enforce OSHA policies.
Contribute to performance evaluations and coaching of technicians.
Keep up-to-date on Daikin Applied products and provide training.
