Job summary

Daikin Applied Americas is seeking a Service Technician III in Pensacola, FL to diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on commercial and industrial HVAC systems. You will work on rooftops, chillers, boilers, and related equipment, mentoring junior technicians and leading safety and quality standards.

OSHA training and EPA certification are required. The position includes potential travel and hands-on training opportunities with Daikin Learning and regional trainer programs.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years related experience; or 7+ with equivalent education
• Must have High School Diploma or GED
• Technical HVAC certificate or equivalent experience
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
• EPA Universal Technician Certification required
• No work visa sponsorship for this position

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on commercial/industrial HVAC equipment
• Inspect and service rooftop units, chillers, boilers, and other HVAC components
• Lead and train Level I/II technicians through hands-on demonstrations
• Analyze equipment data to prevent failures and optimize performance
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards; follow all OSHA policies
