Daikin Applied in Charlotte, NC is seeking a full-time HVAC Service Technician III. You will service commercial and industrial HVAC systems, lead Level I/II technicians, and participate in training programs to stay current with technology and safety standards.

The role involves diagnostics, repairs, rebuilds, and client communications, with emphasis on preventive maintenance and safety compliance. High school diploma or GED required; HVAC certification and 5+ years of experience preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED (implied)
• Associates degree or HVAC certification preferred
• 5+ years of related experience with increasing responsibility or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• EPA Universal Technician Certification preferred
• OSHA 10 certification preferred

Responsabilidades

• Perform maintenance on commercial HVAC equipment: logging machines, cleaning coils, replacing filters and belts, lubrication.
• Repair and replacement of equipment and wiring for fan coils, chillers, water source heat pumps, AHUs, rooftops and boilers.
• Maintain and inspect equipment to prevent breakdowns and callbacks; analyze chiller trend data for performance optimization.
• Lead rebuild and retrofit efforts; mentor Levels I and II technicians; oversee centrifugal rebuilds.
• Document billing, inventory, timecards, reports and other records accurately; communicate status to customers.
