Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years air conditioning experience
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Experience diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems
• Knowledge of electrical systems in AC units
• Ability to explain repairs and options to customers

Responsibilities

• Diagnose HVAC system issues and advise on repairs or replacements
• Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical and control systems using schematics
• Provide exceptional customer service and answer client questions
• Sell maintenance contracts and services on each call
• Inspect systems for safety and efficiency and document findings
• Maintain inventory of tools and HVAC parts
• Travel to customer sites as scheduled
• Ensure work complies with environmental and safety regulations
