Mid-Florida Heating & Air in Melbourne, FL is seeking a Service Technician III to diagnose and repair HVAC systems, perform maintenance, and support customers with high-quality service.

The role requires 3–5 years of A/C experience, a valid driver's license, and strong troubleshooting skills. You will travel to homes and businesses, install and tune equipment, and promote maintenance contracts while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Valid Driver’s License (Required).
• 3-5 years air conditioning experience required.
• Experience with equipment tune ups / CTUs and vent cleanings.
• 5-years related experience in HVAC industry or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Travel to homes and businesses daily as scheduled.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems in AC units and perform repairs.
• Inspect HVAC systems for efficiency and safety.
• Diagnose system issues and recommend repairs or replacements.
• Renew and sell maintenance contracts; provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain inventory of tools and HVAC parts; follow safety regulations.
