Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and service work on residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Communicate with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Inspect equipment and diagnose to prevent breakdowns or callbacks.
• Carry out routine maintenance and equipment cleaning as needed.
• Deliver parts/equipment and record job information with handheld devices.
• Coordinate with dispatch for status updates and on-site availability.
• Promote service and replacement product leads during visits.
