Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a skilled Service Technician II in Melbourne, FL. The role involves diagnosing and servicing residential and light commercial HVAC systems, performing inspections, and conducting preventive maintenance with attention to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

You will communicate with customers, coordinate with dispatch, and ensure accurate documentation and proper product recommendations when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with additional HVAC training and 2+ years’ experience in HVAC with technical training certification required.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Mechanical Journeyman certification required.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic and service work on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment and accessories.
• Inspects equipment and diagnoses problems to prevent breakdowns or callbacks.
• Completes routine maintenance and equipment cleaning as needed or required.
• Delivers parts and equipment for service work and records information on a handheld device.
• Maintains professional customer interactions and timely, accurate paperwork.
