Qualifications

• 4+ years of HVAC experience with technical training/certification.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical/refrigeration systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial service and maintenance calls.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems professionally.
• Service heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
• Inspect equipment to identify problems and prevent breakdowns.
• Complete routine maintenance and equipment cleaning as needed.
• Deliver and remove parts and equipment for service work.
• Use handheld device to record all required call information.
• Coordinate with dispatch for status and availability.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote products/services.
• Ensure vehicle/tools are stocked and return warranty parts when needed.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
