Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is looking for a skilled Service Technician I to diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems in Gaithersburg, MD. You will interact with customers, ensure timely problem resolution, and promote our products and services.

The role requires EPA and safety certifications, valid licensing, and 1–2+ years of HVAC experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with additional HVAC training and 1–2+ years’ experience.
• Must have valid licensing or certification as required by laws for the area.
• EPA and safety certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.
• Communicate with customers to answer questions and resolve issues.
• Submit accurate job paperwork and collect payments when applicable.
• Coordinate with dispatch for status updates and parts delivery.
• Promote products and services to customers.
