Qualifications

Must possess valid licensing/certifications as required by regulations for the work area.

Responsibilities

Diagnoses, analyzes, and resolves customer HVAC problems in a courteous, timely, and accurate manner.
Performs diagnostic and service work on heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment and accessories.
Inspects equipment and records information to prevent breakdowns and callbacks.
Delivers parts/equipment and completes paperwork neatly and promptly.
