Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Service Technician II to perform residential and light commercial service calls from Beltsville, MD. You will diagnose and repair heating, cooling, ventilation, and related systems while delivering excellent customer service.

Annual compensation range is $66,700.00 - $85,000.00 plus incentive opportunities. Requires 4+ years HVAC experience, high school diploma or GED, EPA/safety certifications, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in HVAC with technical training certification required.
• Must possess all valid licensing or certification as required by local laws for the work area.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Skilled at servicing heating, air conditioning, ventilation equipment and related accessories.

Responsibilities

• Performs residential and/or light commercial service calls under general supervision.
• Analyzes, diagnoses, and resolves customer problems in a courteous, professional manner.
• Diagnoses and services HVAC equipment and accessories accurately and timely.
• Inspects equipment and performs diagnostics to prevent failures or callbacks.
• Delivers and removes parts and equipment needed to complete service work; completes paperwork neatly.
• Communicates with dispatch to provide status reports while on duty.
• Represents the company professionally and maintains high levels of customer satisfaction.
