Job summary

Service Experts in Indianapolis, IN seeks an experienced HVAC technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial systems. You will troubleshoot equipment, communicate solutions clearly, and own complex service tasks while developing technical expertise.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in the field, EPA 608 verification, OSHA preferred, and strong reading of diagrams with excellent customer service. This role offers robust training and career growth opportunities within our Engineering

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in commercial HVAC service and maintenance.
• EPA 608 Universal certification is required.
• OSHA safety certifications preferred.
• Advanced skills in servicing heating, cooling, ventilation and related equipment.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant and duct systems.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and flexible hours/on-call readiness.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial service and maintenance calls under supervision.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems professionally and timely.
• Diagnose and service heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
• Inspect equipment to identify problems and prevent outages or callbacks.
• Deliver parts and equipment to job sites and manage paperwork accurately.
• Communicate status updates to dispatch and provide excellent customer service.
• Promote company products and services to customers.
