Job summary

Service Experts is seeking an experienced HVAC service technician in Indianapolis, IN. You will diagnose, service, and maintain residential and light commercial systems, communicating clearly with customers and ensuring high satisfaction.

The role requires 4+ years of hands-on HVAC experience, EPA and safety certifications, and a valid driver’s license. You will participate in our training academy, enjoy strong benefits, and have opportunities for advancement across the U.S.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HVAC experience with technical training certification.
• EPA and safety certifications required by local regulations.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and service work on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.
• Communicate with customers to answer questions, resolve problems, and ensure satisfaction.
• Inspect equipment, perform routine maintenance, and place parts as needed.
• Document all work and collect payments where applicable.
• Promote products and services to customers and support sales efforts.
