Job summary

Service Experts is seeking a skilled HVAC technician to diagnose and repair residential and light commercial systems with minimal supervision. You will communicate with customers, perform diagnostics, and complete service visits with accuracy and courtesy.

The role requires 4+ years of field experience, HVAC certification, EPA and safety credentials, and a valid driver’s license. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in varied environments is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree/Certification in HVAC or related field or 2-5 years of experience.
• HVAC systems knowledge and ability to work independently.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and service work on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems while maintaining professional communication.
• Inspect and service heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment and related accessories.
• Record service data and collect payments, while coordinating with dispatch.
• Promote products and services to customers and follow up on sales leads.
