EmergencyMD is looking for a Senior HVAC Service Technician in Parker, Colorado. In this role, you will diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, including furnaces and air conditioners, while providing excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate has over 5 years of HVAC experience and strong troubleshooting skills. Compensation ranges from $25 to $45 per hour plus commission, with additional benefits such as 100% company-paid medical insurance and paid training.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Overtime opportunities available

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and more
• Work with advanced systems including variable speed equipment, zoning systems, tankless water heaters, boilers, humidifiers, ERVs, and geothermal systems
• Deliver excellent customer service and communicate clearly with homeowners
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills across multiple systems
• Experience with both standard and advanced HVAC equipment
• Valid driver's license + clean driving record
• Ability to commute to Parker, CO / South Metro Denver area
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality work

Preferred Qualifications

• NATE certification
• Install experience
• Formal HVAC training or certifications
