Qualifications

• HVAC service technician role requiring a high school diploma or GED plus technical training certification.
• 4+ years of HVAC experience and valid licensing/certifications as required by local laws.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and service work on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems in a courteous and timely manner.
• Inspect equipment, perform diagnostics, and prevent breakdowns or callbacks.
• Carry out routine maintenance and equipment cleaning as needed.
• Record service information and collect payment from customers.
• Communicate with dispatch to report status and availability.
• Promote products and services to customers and generate lead opportunities.
• Ensure company assets and stock are properly maintained and accounted for.
