LimRic Plumbing, Heating & Air, part of TurnPoint Services, seeks an HVAC Service Manager to build and lead a high-performing service team in Charleston. You will drive 5-star service, exceed company goals, hire and develop staff, set standards, monitor production, and share product knowledge on HVAC systems.

This leadership role emphasizes growth, leadership development, and operational excellence. You will oversee staffing, training, budgeting, and performance, ensuring safe, efficient service

Formación

• 3+ years of Residential HVAC experience
• 5+ years of management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong understanding of HVAC functions and duct design
• Flexible and multitask oriented; able to respond to changing workloads
• Ability to inspire growth in team members
• Ability to drive performance to meet business goals
• Detail oriented with strong organization and presentation skills

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical assistance to Technicians to ensure high quality service
• Lead, direct and motivate department to reach peak performance
• Invest in personal development to increase leadership within departments
• Provide ongoing technical and safety training to maintain knowledge level
• Ensure Technicians have necessary tools, equipment, and manpower
• Conduct timely performance evaluations and give constructive feedback
• Coordinate with Dispatch to assign the right Technicians to jobs
• Manage and guide Technicians and coordinate daily with Dispatch Center managers
• Support service and sales performance through ride-alongs and coaching
• Promote enthusiasm and brand loyalty during meetings and huddles
• Assist in developing annual budgets and controlling expenses
• Maintain sufficient staff to meet customer demand and seasonal spikes
• Train and hold team accountable for customer satisfaction and performance standards
• Oversee customer issue resolution including site visits and repairs
• Perform other tasks to maintain efficient operations
