LimRic Plumbing, Heating & Air is seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial systems in the Charleston area. You will deliver quality workmanship, communicate clearly with customers, and ensure safe, efficient operation on every job.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of plumbing service experience in residential or light commercial settings.
• In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and techniques.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Apprentice or journeyman license as required by local jurisdiction.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in confined spaces.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Experience with tankless water heaters, drain cleaning, or water filtration is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, broken pipes, and fixture malfunctions.
• Install and replace faucets, toilets, water heaters, disposals, and other fixtures.
• Perform preventive maintenance on water, sewer, and drain systems.
• Troubleshoot system failures and recommend repair or replacement options.
• Document work performed, parts used, and labor hours.
• Provide clear explanations to customers about repair findings and solutions.
• Ensure work meets local plumbing codes and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and job site.
• Collaborate with dispatchers and supervisors to ensure timely service.
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service.
