You will build relationships with major contractors and owners, bid HVAC TI and new construction projects, prepare accurate proposals, coordinate with suppliers and field teams, and guide projects from start to finish while ensuring

Qualifications

10+ years of experience selling, estimating, and managing commercial hvac TI and new construction projects.
Local to St. Paul/Minneapolis area.
Strong references.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new potential customers.
Bid on upcoming TI and new construction HVAC projects ranging from 100,000 to 1 million.
Build accurate proposals for Plan-Spec and Design-Build projects.
Communicate with suppliers to ensure best pricing and timing of materials.
Coordinate with Superintendent, field and safety team regularly.
Submit change-order requests, RFIs, and manage project billings for projects.
Manage projects from start-up to close-out, ensuring we are exceeding state codes and safety requirements.
Recruit, hire, and train new project engineers and estimators that can grow within our company.
