Qualifications

• Advanced reading and redlining CAD drawings; familiarity with BIM, MS Project, Excel, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure best pricing and timely material delivery.
• Coordinate with Superintendent, field teams, safety and management.
• Submit change-order requests, RFIs, and manage project billings.
• Manage projects from start-up to close-out, ensuring compliance with codes and safety requirements.
