Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a skilled HVAC Services Technician IV in Baton Rouge to troubleshoot, install and repair HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing and mechanical components. You will lead service projects from start to finish and ensure total customer satisfaction on every job.

Requirements include a current HVAC license or verifiable experience, EPA certification, and experience with chillers, startup/commissioning, and crane signaling. Strong communication and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Technician (mandatory) or verifiable experience in service of commercial HVAC & refrigeration systems.
• EPA Certification required.
• Chiller rebuild experience.
• Startup & Commissioning experience.
• Crane signaling and rigging experience.
• Steam boiler/system maintenance and combustion experience.

Responsibilities

• Installation and commissioning of HVAC & refrigeration equipment.
• Maintenance of HVAC & refrigeration equipment.
• Establishes and maintains clear communications with customers on and off the job sites.
• Assists in maintaining inventory and tool procurement for the service vehicle.
• Promotes and follows BMCC safety procedures and policies.
