Job summary

ENFRA is seeking an HVAC Services Technician II to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and install HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing and mechanical components. The role handles service projects from start to finish, ensuring total customer satisfaction on each job.

Responsibilities include installation and commissioning of HVAC equipment, ongoing maintenance of chillers and boilers, and adherence to safety protocols while working at customer sites. 0-5% travel is required.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience with chillers, boilers, pumps, AHU's and other equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot, possessing mechanical and diagnostic skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Versed in the industry and the Company’s competitors.
• Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Installation and commission of a wide variety of HVAC & refrigeration equipment.
• Performs maintenance of HVAC & refrigeration equipment such as atmospheric boiler, water-cooled chiller.
• Performs energy recovery ventilator service, hydronic AHU & FCU service and repair.
• Establishes and maintain clear communications with customers while both on and off the customer job sites.
• Assists in maintain inventory and tool procurement of individual service vehicle.
• Promotes and performs all aspects of company safety procedures and policies.
