Job summary

ENFRA is seeking an HVAC Service Technician III to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and install HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and mechanical components. You will manage service projects from start to finish and ensure total customer satisfaction.

The role involves installation, maintenance, and on-site customer interaction, with emphasis on safety procedures and efficient problem resolution.

Qualifications

• Current licensed HVAC technician or verifiable experience with commercial HVAC systems; EPA certification required.
• Experience at Level II Technician proficiency.
• Cooling tower service, annual maintenance, gearbox replacement and alignment, water cooled chiller annual maintenance, hydronic system understanding and troubleshooting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to tackle multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Industry knowledge and awareness of competitors.
• Ability to multitask and perform duties beyond scope as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission a wide variety of HVAC & refrigeration equipment.
• Perform maintenance of HVAC & refrigeration equipment.
• Establish clear communications with customers on and off job sites.
• Assist in inventory and tool procurement for the service vehicle.
• Promote and perform all BMCC safety procedures and policies.
