Qualifications

• Four+ years HVAC experience acceptable with training/substitution.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair HVAC, refrigeration systems and related equipment, including food service equipment.
• Maintain refrigerant records and perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Install new electronic, pneumatic, and digital control systems; diagnose HVAC/closed-loop issues.
• Perform tasks in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance; prepare required reports.
