Walmart Avon facility is seeking a Senior Technician in Facility Services to manage and repair commercial Refrigeration HVAC systems with a focus on supermarket rack refrigeration. You will diagnose issues, use a range of hand and power tools, and respond quickly to emergencies to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• 10 years’ experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal Certification for refrigerant handling.
• Hold a valid state-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass an MVR.
• 18+ with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Option 1: 3 years’ HVAC/grocery rack refrigeration experience.
• Options 2: 6 years’ HVAC/grocery rack refrigeration + AAS in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility's Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets using tools to complete jobs.
• Utilize work orders to receive repair tasks and document activities.
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues.
• Complete training to operate equipment safely.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations.
• Lift up to 75 pounds, climb ladders, and work at heights.
