Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician for our Lorain, OH location. You will maintain and repair refrigeration and HVAC equipment across Walmart facilities, using a range of hand and power tools to complete tasks efficiently.

Minimum qualifications include 2 years in commercial Refrigeration HVAC, EPA 608 certification, valid driver's license, and a HS diploma. The role involves on-site work, safety compliance, and potential bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
• Large Scale Rack Refrigeration Experience.
• Type I/Type II or Universal EPA Certification for Refrigerant handling.
• Hold a valid state-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass an MVR.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility's Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets using hand tools, digital tools, power tools, and other equipment.
• Use the work order system to receive and document repair work orders.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls and diagnose issues.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations through safety practices.
