Job summary

Walmart in Warren, MI is seeking a Senior Technician, Facility Services specializing in HVAC/Refrigeration to maintain and repair the retailer's Refrigeration HVAC equipment across stores.

You will use hand, digital, and power tools, manage work orders, respond to emergencies, and ensure OSHA/EPA compliance. Candidates with extensive HVAC experience and EPA certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• 10 years’ experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
• EPA certification for refrigerant handling.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR.
• 18+ years with HS diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with grocery rack refrigeration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility's Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets.
• Utilize work orders to document repair activities and support stores.
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect facilities and equipment to diagnose issues.
• Ensure OSHA/EPA compliance and safety guidelines.
