Job summary

You will receive work orders, support store teams, and respond to emergencies, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. The job requires 2 years of related experience and EPA refrigerant handling credentials.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal Certification for refrigerant handling.
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass an MVR.
• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• HVAC/R journeyman where required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility's Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets using HVAC/R skills and tools.
• Utilize work orders system to receive and document repairs for Stores and store staff.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect facilities and equipment to diagnose issues and ensure safe operation.
• Complete required training to operate equipment safely and comply with safety policies.
