Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 4 years HVAC repair/maintenance experience.
• Texas HVAC license or certification or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire.
• Ability to read plans and follow specifications; strong safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair commercial HVAC systems including chillers, boilers, air handlers, and cooling towers.
• Lead maintenance tasks, coordinate scheduling and resources for projects.
• Mentor junior technicians and coordinate with vendors for service activities.
• Occasional evenings/weekends on call as needed.
