Job summary

Walmart in Alexandria, LA is seeking a Senior Technician, Facility Services, HVAC/Refrigeration to lead installation, commissioning and maintenance of HVAC/R systems across store facilities. You will oversee diagnostics, preventive maintenance, refrigerant handling, and on‑call support to ensure safety and uptime.

You will mentor field teams, manage vendor relationships, document work orders, and ensure compliance with OSHA/EPA codes.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years HVAC/grocery rack refrigeration experience.
Experience with installation, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC/R systems.
Ability to lead field teams and mentor technicians.
Knowledge of OSHA and EPA refrigerant handling standards.
Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities
