Job summary

Qualifications

• Option 1: 3 years’ experience in HVAC/grocery rack refrigeration.
• Option 2: 6 years’ experience in HVAC/grocery rack refrigeration and Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.

Responsibilities

• Oversees installation and commissioning of HVAC/R systems.
• Leads diagnostics and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues.
• Implements preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life and reduce downtimes.
• Manages rack systems and supermarket refrigeration units.
• Ensures OSHA and EPA refrigerant handling compliance.
• Trains and mentors technicians and leads field teams.
