Job summary

You will supervise field teams, manage refrigerant handling per OSHA/EPA, and drive preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant handling certification (Type I/II or universal).
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass MVR.
• Experience in installation, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC/R systems.
• 2+ years of lead or mentoring experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC/R systems.
• Lead diagnostics to resolve mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
• Manage refrigerant handling per OSHA/EPA codes.
• Coordinate field teams and provide hands-on training.
