Job summary

Cannon Mechanical Inc. is a dynamic HVAC contractor serving the New York tri-state area, seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to lead multiple projects from inception to completion in a fast-paced environment, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of HVAC PM experience, excellent communication, strong organization, and proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC Project Management experience.
• Driven, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
• High proficiency with construction technology (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.).
• Very computer competent and adaptable to new software.
• Construction Management or Engineering degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple HVAC construction projects from inception to completion
• Produce and maintain detailed project schedules
• Oversee labor, subcontractors, equipment procurement, and materials
• Communicate effectively with customers, clients, engineers, and representatives
• Maintain a high level of multitasking across project responsibilities
• Understand the complexities of New York City construction
• Manage project billing, receivables, documentation, and change orders
• Represent Cannon Mechanical at jobsite meetings
• Review and approve project documentation, submittals, RFIs, and close-out materials
• Ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality project delivery
