We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager to oversee HVAC projects in new construction high-rise buildings across NYC boroughs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in piping systems, a track record of managing complex projects, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of HVAC projects from pre-construction through completion.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and piping designs.
• Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve project-related issues promptly.
