Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Project Manager/Executive focused on HVAC in the construction sector, based in Gardena, CA. You will lead large-scale HVAC projects from conception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence and top-quality outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years in HVAC project management for commercial or airport projects, a Bachelor’s in Engineering or Construction Management, and strong leadership and client-facing skills. PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in HVAC, commercial projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of HVAC project life cycle from initiation to closure.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and coordinate stakeholders.
• Manage budget, cost control, forecasting and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety and environmental regs.
• Lead project teams and coordinate internal/external communications.
• Track progress and adjust to ensure timely completion.
• Present updates to stakeholders and clients.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors.
• Address issues/risks with timely solutions.
• Deliver customer satisfaction through quality outcomes.
