Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction, refrigeration, HVAC or related trade experience.
• Previous foreman or crew leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices and labor management.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise refrigeration installation crews.
• Oversee daily jobsite activities, project progress, and labor hours.
• Manage job costs, schedules, and project performance.
