Job summary

Havtech is seeking an experienced Project Developer/Manager in a senior role focused on HVAC systems for complex commercial projects. You will drive preconstruction design, cost estimation, value engineering, scheduling, and cash-flow planning while leading subcontractor negotiations and contract development.

You will oversee construction, client relationships, and team development, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality results across DB/CM/GC projects.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive hands-on experience in commercial construction with HVAC systems knowledge.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and train team members; monitor work for quality and timeliness.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop HVAC solutions with system scope, design, estimates, value engineering, scheduling, and cash flow projections.
• Lead comprehensive bid efforts, contract management, and subcontractor negotiations to secure favorable terms.
• Capable of leading DB/CM/GC construction efforts and serving as primary client contact.
• Oversee project deliverables, documentation, close-out, and warranty processes.
• Mentor and manage project teams; monitor tasks, manpower, and performance.
• Support business development through client engagement and strategic opportunities.
