Qualifications

• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in the commercial construction industry with HVAC systems knowledge.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and train team members; monitor their work for quality and completeness.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems, temperature controls, and process control systems is a must.
• Experience managing multiple projects and teams, with strong scheduling, budgeting, and financial reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction design, estimates, and value engineering for HVAC projects.
• Oversee comprehensive construction efforts (DB/CM/GC) and coordinate with clients throughout the project.
• Manage project teams, schedule delivery, and ensure documentation and close-out processes are completed.
• Develop scopes of work and negotiate subcontracts to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Support business development by maintaining client relationships and pursuing new opportunities.
