Job summary

Haven Services is seeking a Senior HVAC Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial HVAC projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will plan, coordinate, budget, and schedule multiple projects, leading field teams and subcontractors to deliver on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

The ideal candidate has extensive commercial HVAC construction experience, strong leadership, and excellent client relationship management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC project management experience.
• Experience managing projects ranging from $250,000 to $10M+.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple commercial HVAC construction projects from kickoff to closeout.
• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate manpower, subcontractors, vendors, and equipment.
• Lead project meetings with clients and internal teams.
• Ensure safe, compliant work and project quality.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
