Job summary

Haven Services seeks a Senior HVAC Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial HVAC projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will plan, coordinate, budget, schedule, and manage multiple projects, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and adherence to budget and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has extensive commercial HVAC construction experience, strong leadership, excellent client relations, and a proven ability to lead field teams and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC project management experience.
• Experience managing projects from $250,000 to $10M+.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
• Experience with subcontractor coordination.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• OSHA 30 Certification and PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple commercial HVAC construction projects from kickoff to closeout.
• Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate manpower, subcontractors, vendors, and equipment.
• Lead project meetings with clients and internal teams.
• Mentor junior project managers and coordinators; foster office-field collaboration.
• Ensure OSHA safety standards and project quality.
