Responsibilities

• Develop HVAC systems and solutions including scoping, engineering analysis, and validation.
• Lead preconstruction activities: design, cost estimates, value engineering, scheduling, and cash flow.
• Manage bid processes, bid documents, insurances, permits, and subcontractor scopes.
• Oversee construction for DB/CM/GC projects and maintain client relationships.
• Mentor and coach team members; monitor progress and resources.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers; ensure timely project delivery.
