Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Power, Mechanical Engineering with 10+ years in construction, design, and cost management as PM.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office with project estimating software.
• Experience managing large projects valued at $10 million+ in commercial/institutional/industrial settings.
• Equivalent mix of training and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Act as on-site project leader to plan, execute, and complete projects within budget.
• Define requirements with clients and document expectations.
• Produce and manage documentation for tender submissions.
• Coordinate M&E contractors and ensure timely project delivery.
• Oversee cost procurement, budgeting, and financial targets.
• Maintain proactive client and consultant communications.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and Fire regulations.
• Verify certifications and records are maintained for each project.
