Insight Global is seeking a senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end construction projects with a focus on HVAC, plumbing, and sheet metal scopes. You will manage budgets, schedules, forecasting, and safety while mentoring junior PMs and coordinating with field teams.

Strong client relationship skills and the ability to drive proposals, risk management, and financial performance are required for this demanding role in a commercial/industrial setting. On-site work in Wisconsin is common.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent construction industry experience.
• 2+ years supporting HVAC installations for a mechanical subcontractor.
• 7-8+ years PM experience in commercial/industrial construction.
• Experience managing full lifecycle of projects (budgeting, scheduling, RFIs, submittals, closeout).
• Experience leading large-scale commercial/industrial projects ($10M+).
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and field coordination.
• Proven ability to build client relationships in a client-facing environment.
• Experience with estimating, labor planning, and project finances.
• Leadership experience mentoring PMs/PMAs or project teams.
• Proficiency with CAD, Revit, Navisworks or BIM tools.
• LEED accreditation or sustainability experience.
• Background supporting or leading proposals and business development.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end project execution including budgeting, scheduling, and labor forecasting.
• Support estimating and proposals across plumbing, piping, and sheet metal scopes.
• Build and maintain client relationships with owners, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and contribute to proposals.
• Coordinate with field teams for labor management and safety compliance.
• Perform safety audits and ensure safe job site execution.
• Mentor Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers.
• Ensure projects meet financial margins and operational goals.
• Apply technical expertise to support project success.
