Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or PE/licensed HVAC designer.
• 3+ years of hands-on commercial/industrial HVAC design experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, HVAC load software, and Excel.
• Strong client-facing presentation skills and ability to visit sites.
• Valid driver's license; willingness to travel within Fox Valley area.

Responsibilities

• Scope & feasibility analysis; determine project scope and propose HVAC solutions.
• Design high‑performance HVAC systems for commercial/industrial facilities.
• Perform load calculations, air distribution sizing, piping layouts.
• Develop schematic designs and CAD/Revit models for bids.
• Draft technical proposals and present concepts to owners and GCs.
• Coordinate drawings and ensure code-compliant plan reviews.
