Job summary

ENFRA Solutions is seeking a Pre-Commissioning Technician IV in Lafayette, LA to support startup and repair of equipment and systems. You will mentor junior technicians while expanding knowledge of HVAC and control systems.

Responsibilities include startup, diagnostics, system flushing, and submittal verification with occasional overtime. Travel is 0-5% of time at job sites, with growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• 20 hours of continued education.
• 8+ years' experience.
• EPA 608 Certification.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• NFPA 70 certification.
• Exposure to more complex system concepts and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Startup: start up less complex equipment and assist with higher-level systems.
• Diagnose and Repair: assist senior technicians with troubleshooting and repairs.
• Support for Operations: assist with system flushing, TAB, PRV settings, belts, and bearings.
• Review of Submittal Documents: verify equipment on job and submittal match voltage/amps/HP/etc.
• Mentoring of Other Employees: provide mentorship within the department (as directed).
• After Hours Work: occasional overtime as needed.
